Married father of two, MP Keith Vaz, has been uncovered leading a double life – a life in which he pays for male prostitutes and does drugs.
In an exclusive article by the Mirror, they revealed that eight days ago, the MP for East Leicester met two eastern European male escorts for sex, despite being the chair for the parliament’s group probing prostitution and drugs.
The bizarre encounter with the escorts was filmed in its entirety and shows Mr Vaz talking about having unprotected sex with escorts while also encouraging the eastern Europeans to do poppers – a drug which relaxes muscles around the body and enhances sexual experiences.
The MP also speaks openly about cocaine, telling the escorts they can get some if they want it but that he doesn’t want any for himself.
Oddly, he then begins talking about industrial size washing machines before trying to find more boys to come up to their room, adding ‘we need to get this party started’.
In the past, Vaz has argued that people who use prostitutes should not face prosecution and has also argued against the banning of poppers.
In a previous statement, issued to the Mail on Sunday, Mr Vaz said:
"I am genuinely sorry for the hurt and distress that has been caused by my actions, in particular to my wife and children.
I will be informing the Committee on Tuesday of my intention to stand aside from chairing the sessions of the Committee with immediate effect."
He has since stepped aside as the chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee and there are rumours that he will resign as MP for East Leicester entirely.
