Although the recipe does not contain vanilla or Icecream, it’s so creamy and tastes like vanilla ice cream. No, even better than ice cream!

And you only need 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to finish up a quick breakfast, a post run snack.
Oh wait..!! there’s an added bonus.

You now have another way to get rid of overripe bananas, other than making banana bread! Isn’t it amazing?

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 avocado, peel and remove stone
  • 1 tbspn Thandai powder / Dry nuts powder
  • 1 tspn Matcha Tea
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • 6 ice cubes

Preparation method

  1. Blend banana, avocado, matcha powder and honey in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add Thandai powder and blend it for 5 seconds.
  3. Sprinkle some Thandai and Matcha powder and  Serve immediately
