My cooking saga is complete for the century! Yes, I mean…I am done for the day. Actually…two days!! Well, who is counting…lemme say at least for a week, okay! I cooked enough food to be used later for the next couple of days or more! Isn’t that something!
So, now…I intend to relax and use this free time to update my blog, which has now three genuine readers (including myself).😂
In frame: Gongura / sorrel leaves pachadi mixed with onion and leftover rice.😀
A famous delicacy of south India, Gongura rice is so easy to prepare and tastes delicious and can be prepared in minutes of time.
However, if you are feeling lazy and the entire family wants to eat Gongura Pachadi Annam, a simpler option might be to make Gongura Pulihora. And you will soon see why..!!

- 1 cup left over rice
- 2 tspns gongura pickle
- Salt pinch
- Curry leaves
- Chopped onion and grren chilli.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Heat oil in a pan & add mixed rice, - - Cover it for 5 min. Thats it...Enjoy...!!
