Garlic pods 4 or 5
Ginger 1 inch
Black pepper 1tsp
Chaat masala 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Kasoori methi 1.5tsp
1.Put onion, garlic,ginger,Coriander,chillies and make a fine paste.
2.Take a bowl & put all the chickens into it.Pour the mixture into it.Add curd and cream,black pepper,kasoori methi ,chaat masala,salt and 2 tbsps oil & marinate it for 1hour.
3.Take a kadai and add few drops of oil. Fry the chicken pieces.
4.Once they are fried to some extent, pour the gravy into it.
5.Keep it in simmer for 7/8 minutes.
6.Once chicken is cooked, give charcoal aroma to the chicken.It enhances it's taste to another level.
7.Serve with rice or naan.
