A perfect food for bachelor’s and students as it’s so easy to make, but it is also a favorite among kids. The simplest way to make Maggi is the 2 mins one.With time, variations have come up on recipes and one of the variation of Maggi is Cheese Maggi.

2 packet Maggi
1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Onion
1 Green Chilli
3 tbsp Tomatoes
*2 tbsp carrot
2 packets Maggi Masala
2 Amul cheese cube
1 tsp Mayonnaise
1)In a kadai add about 1 tbsp of oil, and once it’s hot add 2 tbsp of finely diced onions and while stirring them add the green chillies and cook till the time the onions are fully cooked.
2)Once the onions are cooked, add tomatoes and mix well.
3)Once the tomatoes are fully cooked, add carrot and the maggi masala and mix it well together.
4)Now add lukewarm water about 1 cup, and stir well.And then grate about half of the amul cheese cube directly in the gravy,
5)Add the maggi noodles, and let them cook for the next 2 minutes or until all the liquid evaporates and the noodles are fully cooked.
6)Once the noodles are cooked, add mayo and mix it all in and our creamy cheesey maggie with extra mayo is ready to serve.
7) Serve while hot and garnish it with some cheese on top.
