2.Tamarind chutney ¹/² cup
3.Miny chutney ¹/² cup
4.Tomato and chilli ketchup ¹/² cup
5.Chaat masala a pinch
7.Curd 1 small bowl
1.Mustard seed ¹/² tap
2.Curry leave 9/10
1.Squeeze all the syrup of rasgullas and then dip them in fresh water for about 5 mins.
2.Now squeeze out all the water and put them into curd bowl.
3.Take it out in a dish.Drizzle some more curd on it.
4.Add tamarind chutney,mint chutney and ketchup.
5.Add a pinch of chaat masala.
6.Take a pan and add oil.Now add mustard seed.Once it starts to crackle,add curry leaves.Saute for 30 secs.
7.Now add the tempering into the rasgulla.
8.Garnish with pomegranate.
