A must snack during Eid "Ande ki nimki" because Eid is not only about Sewainyan and biryani.We also prepare various other items besides these.This snack is my familys tradition(in one way I can say) i
Prep: 20 minutes

Total: 30 minutes
All purpose flour (maida) 8tbsps
Sugar 4/5 tbsps
Baking powder 1tsp
Oil 2 cups
1.Take a bowl.Add all the eggs, sugar and baking powder.
2.Mix it till it's fluffy and all the sugar dissolves.
3.Now add 6/7tbsps flour and mix well.If required then add more in order to form a dough.
4.Add oil and mix properly.Keep it aside for 10/15 mins.
5.Now divide it into 4 parts.
6.Roll them into thick roti.
7.Cut them according to your desired shapes.
8.Deep fry them .
9.Your Ande ki nimki is ready and it can be stored for a long time in an airtight container.
NOTE:Make sure that your dough should be formed with the flour and egg mixture only.Dont add even a single drop of water into it.
