Ingredients


1.Dry roast (coarse powder)
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Coriander seeds 1tsp
2.oil 1 or 2 tbsp
3.Cumin seeds 1 tsp
4.Boiled potatoes 4
5.Dry roasted powder 1tsp
6.Chilli powder ¹/² tsp
7.Dry mango powder 1tsp
8.salt to taste
9.Curry leaves 8/9

Preparation method

1.Take a pan and dry roast cumin and coriander seeds.Grind them coarsely.
2.Take another pan.Add 2tbsp oil.
3.Add 1tsp cumin seeds and then potato.Saute them for sometime.
4.Add all the spices and then salt.Saute for some more time.
5.Add curry leaves.Saute for 1 min.
6.Serve jeera aloo with roti or rice.
