2.Onion paste-1 ¹/²cup
3.Turmeric powder -2tsp
4.Coriander powder -2tsp
6.Chopped coriander -¹/² cup
7.Water as required
8.Salt as required
9.Oil for frying
1.Take a bowl.Add turmeric powder 1 tsp, coriander powder 1tsp, chilli powder ¹/²tsp and salt.Mix them.Marinate the fishes into it.
2.Shallow fry the fishes.
3.Take a pan and add oil.
4.Add onion paste and salt.Saute for sometime.
5.Now add all the 3 spices ,salt and saute for sometime. Once they are properly mixed ,add a bit water and let them be kept in simmer.
6.When the masala is properly done,add the fishes.Add little water if you want so that all the fishes get well coated in the masalas.
7.Keep in simmer for 2 minutes.
8.Garnish with chopped coriander. .
