Ingredients
- Refined flour (maida) 1 cup
- Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk 1 cup
- Melted Butter 2 tablespoons
- Egg 1
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Chocolate syrup for garnishing.
Preparation method
- Sieve together flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into a bowl. Add milk, melted butter, egg, sugar and salt and mix well.
- Heat the skillet and pour a ladleful of batter on the skillet and cook on both sides until brown.
- Garnish with chocolate syrup.
