Aldi will let its staff go home early if England make it to the final

It's coming home.

The supermarket giant Aldi has made the epic move of allowing its staff to finish at 3pm on Sunday, July 15.

This would allow the staff to watch the big game - meaning all its stores would also close at 3pm instead of 4pm.

But England will have to overcome Croatia in the semi-final on Wednesday if they are to make the final stage.

Yet Aldi have made the announcement this afternoon because they are convinced that

“Football is coming home”.

The supermarket said on social media:

“We’re pretty sure it’s coming home right?

If England reach the World Cup Final we’re gonna close all our stores in England early at 3pm on Sunday 15th July.

We want our colleagues to be the 12th man cheering on the lads. #BringItHome”

The early announcement also gives customers good notice.
