An easy fruit shake you can create up in minutes, with creamy vanilla ice cream, honey and milk.
The great thing about this recipe is that you can use horrible black bananas that you wouldn't dream of eating and usually throw away. Enjoy!
Instead of vanilla ice cream you can even use one spoon of myproteinuk vanilla impact whey protein powder.

- 1 medium sized banana
- 250ml milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla ice cream (optional, but recommended)
- 2 teaspoons clear honey
- Blitz banana, milk and ice cream (if using) together with a blender until smooth.
- Mix in the honey (make sure it's all dissolved).
- Pour in a glass.
- Serve, enjoy!
