Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 250ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla ice cream (optional, but recommended)
  • 2 teaspoons clear honey

Preparation method

  1. Blitz banana, milk and ice cream (if using) together with a blender until smooth.
  2. Mix in the honey (make sure it's all dissolved).
  3. Pour in a glass.
  4. Serve, enjoy!
