Ingredients
- 1 organic large egg
- 1 teaspoon whole milk or water
- 1 cheese slice
- 1 teaspoon butter or oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper
- 1/2 tbspn chilli powder
Preparation method
- Whisk the egg, milk and all ingredients except oil in a bowl with a fork until thoroughly combined.
- Put an nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Add the butter or oil; when the butter melts, swirl it around the pan until its foam subsides, then pour egg mixture, swirl it and cook until just the sides are firm.
- Then place cheese slice in the middle and cook until cheese melts 1 - 2 min.. turn it and cook other side also..
- Serve hot.
