Preparation method

  1. Whisk the egg, milk and all ingredients except oil in a bowl with a fork until thoroughly combined.
  2. Put an nonstick pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the butter or oil; when the butter melts, swirl it around the pan until its foam subsides, then pour egg mixture, swirl it and cook until just the sides are firm.
  4. Then place cheese slice in the middle and cook until cheese melts 1 - 2 min.. turn it and cook other side also..
  5. Serve hot.
