With spring comes Japan Legoland decided to create its one-year anniversary with a beautiful life-size cheery blossom tree made entirely out of Lego bricks.
Created using a 881,470 colorful lego bricks, making it the first of its kind to enter the Guinness World Records.
What’s more, the entire tree weighed an 3,333 kilograms and had to be built around what appeared to be heavy-duty metal piping for support.
The tree was designed and built by a team of staff in the Czech Republic.
After more than 6,700 hours of hard work the LEGO tree was shipped to Japan, where they were assembled for the final display.
The tree also features a set of lanterns - made of LEGO - which light up during the evening.
