Cumming at least 21 times a month will reduce the risk of prostate cancer

It's over to you gents.

Last year apparently some idiot politican in Texas, USA tried to ban men from masturbating by calling it an "an act against an unborn child".  This latest research shows that it would have been a dangerous and potentially life threating decision had it gone through.

Prostate cancer is on the rise and is the third most common case of cancer in men around the world. In the UK alone there were over 45,000 cases of prostate cancer in 2014.

The symptons of prostate cancer include:

  • needing to urinate frequently with sudden urges that require rushing to the toilet
  • struggling to urinate with a weak flow
  • feeling that your bladder hasn't fully emptied

In addition to having a good diet and exercise regime, Harvard University researchers have found that if you have more sex, you can reduce your risk of getting prostate cancer.

The study of 32,000 men concluded that men with a higher number of ejaculations per month were less likely to have prostate tumours. Apparently the magic number is 21 ejaculations per month, which will lead to a reduction in the risk of prostate cancer by a third.

Tomatos, coffee and plant-based fats are also supposed to help prevent prostate cancer.
