Aldi to launch 8 types of gin in time for Christmas — and they all cost less than £20

They say gin is the best tonic, right?

Aldi is about to become very popular with gin-lovers after it revealed stores will be offering a new range of gins all priced under £20 and just in time for the festive season.

The budget supermarket chain will stocking eight different types of gin, from sloe gin to pink gin.

With the popularity of gin growing, and it being the biggest contriubor to sales of spirits, it's going to beone of the biggest trends of this Christmas.

So without wait, here are the eight premium gins you will find in Aldi stores from this October 2017. Shoppers start your trolleys!

1. Oliver Cromwell 1599 Sloe Gin for £9.99 (50cl)

The blurb:

“From the first taste, an intensely aromatic plum and cherry flavour resonates throughout the mouth, closely followed by a hint of almond from the stone of the sloe fruit, giving a full and complex taste.

“The London Gin swiftly makes an appearance, cutting through plummy notes with a crisp tone of juniper and coriander.”

2. Topaz Blue Premium Gin for £13.99 (70cl)

The blurb:

3. La Fleuriste French Gin for £19.99 (70cl)
